Goods and prices.
The pictures for sale on our Web site are either Original Watercolours by Daisy Barnes, or Limited Edition Prints from her original Watercolours. They are grouped under these headings on the website. When you click on an individual picture you are given a full description and price and the cost of postage.
The original watercolours are unique and each one is available only until a purchaser orders that picture. Its details will be removed from the website as soon as possible after it is sold. When you order items, price and availability will be confirmed (see ordering and payment.) There will be no contract between you and us until we actually despatch the goods to you. At that point we will take payment for the goods.

Ordering and payment
You can order by a) using the secure online ordering system b)downloading and printing the order form on the website and sending it with appropriate payment to our postal address or c)by telephoning your order or d) by email when we will phone you for your payment details.
We will confirm your order by email or by post and will confirm the availability and price of the goods.
We will not substitute any item without your agreement. If an item is unavailable your account will not be debited and if you have sent a cheque, this will be returned to you immediately.

Delivery
Goods are delivered by insured post and the delivery cost relating to each item is clearly stated alongside the price of the item on the website.
We will post items as soon as possible after receipt of payment and within 14 days.

Returning pictures

If, for any reason whatsoever , you are not delighted with your picture/s , we offer a full refund, provided you inform us by email or post within 10 working days of receipt of the goods. To obtain a refund, simply return the goods to us, as soon as possible after informing us that you wish to cancel the order. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. You must make sure that the goods are adequately protected to ensure that they are received by us in a condition in which they can be resold. You will then receive a full refund of the cost of the goods and of the outward postage costs by return , or not later than 14 days.

Damaged goods

If you return the goods because they are damaged when you receive them, we will refund
the cost of the picture/s and your postage costs

General Conditions

When trading with us all UK consumer protection legislation applies.
When trading via the internet you are entering a legally binding contract in the normal way.
We are responsible for information posted on our website, but not for any information on linked websites
Any personal information you give to us will be used to process your order and for no other purpose. It will not be released to any third party.
